Tess Mann is the fashion designer behind the Tess Mann Haute Couture and Couture by Tess labels in addition to owning a bridal boutique under the name, Couture by Tess Bridal. Tess has been in the bridal industry since 2012. Prior to her formal entry into the industry, she had been designing since she was a young teenager, however chose a different career path in order to serve her country for over 20 years as a federal officer. In September 2018, Tess became a US Trademark Designer with her designs being protected by the US Patent Office. After serving the Memphis, Tennessee area for a little over six years, Tess and her husband, Joe, opened Couture By Tess Bridal on 31 W. Broad Street in Cookeville, Tennessee in November of 2019. The Nostalgia collection is a new collection donning various fashion techniques from different eras while assimilating modern touches. New Discovery is a smaller collection that has utilized designs from previous Couture by Tess collections and re-imagined based on clients' feedback from over the years.

Mann kept finding over and over again that she was importing the best laces and fabrics from sources in India. She decided to take a trip to India to find the perfect manufacturing company that aligns with her brand's quality and values to create her product on a larger scale. Now all Tess Mann's creations are manufactured in New Delhi, the hub of the best textiles in the world.

Chef Serge Krikorian and his wife, Mary Krikorian, started their catering business in 2002 and have been in the family restaurant business since 1994. Having catered thousands of events over the years as Dinner’s Ready, they launched Vibrant Occasions Catering, a new name that more accurately depicts the level of food and service provided at weddings and social events. Krikorian was born in Lebanon and moved to the United States with his family as an adult entering college. He now hails from the quaint town of Benton, Arkansas. His southern hospitality paired with his penchant for developing unique international fusion-style recipes, especially sauces, has garnered his reputation as foodies' fan favorite in his community and now on the Youtube space for his cooking show, Cooking with the Kriks. After years of dreaming about owning a mobile kitchen, in December 2020, Serge and Mary launched Our Mobile Kitchen with the intention of providing fresh, 5-star quality chef-prepared cuisine to patrons visiting where the mobile kitchen is parked or on site for catered weddings and social, private or corporate events.

Krikorian is an alumnus of Henderson State University where he studied business earning his Bachelor’s Degree and met his wife, Mary. He earned his MBA from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Serge became a restaurant entrepreneur when he purchased an old, run-down pizza parlor he and Mary revived called Sergio’s Pizza. After a few years, they knew the restaurant business was not for them. Mary booked their first official catering gig, much to Serge’s surprise. They began receiving more and more requests for catering luncheons and events. The catering business took over after six months and they never looked back. They have three sons who often work in the business around their academic and career schedules, making their enterprise a family-built business.

Althea Wiles is the owner and creative director of Rose of Sharon Floral Design Studio in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She is also the founder and education director of J Althea Creative, a florist education consulting program. Althea earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hendrix College then completed her Arkansas Master Florist Certification. Her design studio takes part in 75-100 weddings and events annually and has been recognized by national and regional publications. She continues to serve as a featured artist for the Art in Bloom gallery exhibit, chosen and hosted by the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. She is also an instructor in the Horticulture department at the University of Arkansas.

Wiles is available for guest speaking appearances in the florist education space. Wiles is available for travel speaking opportunities on location and at virtual webinars hosted by other organizations. Wiles hosts her own workshops and webinars on a consistent basis under her florist consulting business, J Althea Creative.

Wiles' wide range of topics include systems and operations, pricing for profitability, quarterly planning, lists of resources and a host of tips and tricks in the flower business. She is a branding consultant with a niche in art direction under her own agency and master photographer and owner of L A Y E R S, an adventure photography company based in the United States. You can see her work in numerous publications including Southern Living, Martha Stewart, British Vogue and Brides magazines to name a few.

Green is an advocate, lobbyist and abuse survivor featured in the Netflix docuseries, The Most Hated Man on the Internet, where she tells her own horrific story of image-based sexual abuse. She is the founder of Victor by Danielle Green, a streetwear and activewear fashion collection dedicated to the empowerment of victims of abuse and systematic oppression. Green will continue to use her platform as a way to provide truth in storytelling, influence modern legislation and advocate for abuse survivors in an effort to provide hope for a world in need of strong voices creating change. Many news outlets have covered her story, her fashion line and the message behind it including The Tamron Hall Show, Rolling Stone, Yahoo Life, Today, Psychology in Seattle, Women Power Podcast and The Crime Report.

In March 2023, Green spoke on a global summit hosted by Panorama Global that accomplished the formation of a global coalition to inform the White House Task Force about Image-Based Sexual Abuse and cyber bullying. She was able to connect with leaders from around the world, researchers, organizations, and advocates as they all worked together to brainstorm possible solutions for this issue.
